Care
Naturopathic and functional medicine, practiced carefully.
Our doctors combine conventional diagnostics with naturopathic therapies. We work alongside your other clinicians, not in place of them.
Conditions we treat
Digestive health
For bloating, reflux, IBS-type symptoms or SIBO, we review your history, diet, medications and relevant testing to understand potential contributors and choose appropriate next steps.
Fatigue & energy
Persistent fatigue can have many contributors. We assess sleep, medications, nutrition, thyroid function and other relevant findings before building a practical plan.
Hormones & thyroid
For thyroid concerns, including Hashimoto’s, and perimenopause or menopause, we consider symptoms alongside history and labs before discussing treatment options.
Healthy weight & metabolism
We evaluate blood sugar, insulin resistance, lipids and other metabolic factors in the context of your health history. Care is individualized; there is no standalone weight program at this time.
Autoimmune support
For ongoing autoimmune concerns, we review symptoms, treatment history and relevant results while coordinating with your primary care provider and specialists.

Frequently asked questions
Are your doctors licensed, and can they prescribe medications?
Dr. Derek Lawrence, ND, is licensed in California; Dr. Brian Myers, ND, is licensed in California and Wisconsin. Medication options are considered within each doctor's scope of practice and your individual circumstances, not prescribed automatically.
Integrative services →Can you work with my primary care doctor or specialist?
Yes. Your naturopathic care can complement the care you receive from your primary care doctor or specialists. We review your existing diagnoses, medications and results when making recommendations and encourage coordination when appropriate.
What happens at the first new-patient appointment?
The new-patient visit is 75 minutes. We review your history, current concerns, medications and prior results, investigate what may be contributing, and develop practical first steps. If testing could answer a specific question, we explain why before ordering it.
