Revive Naturopathic Medicine ("Revive," "we," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and in the course of providing care, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Website analytics. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type. You can accept or decline analytics cookies via the banner on your first visit, and your choice is remembered.

Newsletter. With your cookie consent, we load GetResponse’s embedded sign-up form and Web Connect tracking script. GetResponse may use cookies and collect browsing and device information. If you subscribe, it also processes the details you submit to deliver our newsletter. You can unsubscribe using the link in each email. Please do not submit personal health information through the newsletter form.

Information you give us. When you request a discovery call, book a visit, or contact us, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, phone number, email address, and the reason for your visit.

Health information. As a medical practice, we collect health information necessary to evaluate and treat you. Clinical records are maintained in our electronic health record system (CharmHealth) and are handled in accordance with applicable healthcare privacy laws, including HIPAA.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your health information for marketing.

We use a small number of trusted services to operate the practice, including CharmHealth (scheduling, patient portal, and records), Doxy.me (telehealth visits), and Fullscript (supplement dispensary), and GetResponse (newsletter sign-up, delivery and tracking). When you use those services, their own privacy policies apply. We encourage you to review them.

Please do not send urgent or sensitive health information by email — email is not a secure channel. Established patients should use the patient portal for clinical messages. For a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

• You may decline analytics and GetResponse cookies; clinic information and booking links remain available, but the embedded newsletter form will not load.
• You may request access to, or a copy of, your medical record.
• You may ask us to correct information you believe is inaccurate.
• You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your information. Clinical records are retained as required by California law and professional standards.
